Enneagram Workshop
This 4 hour workshop will introduce participants to the Enneagram and the wisdom it holds for groups that collaborate, work or play together
Orientation to the Enneagram
Gain the basic understanding of the Enneagram as a road map for self-awareness and relational connections.
Increased Self Awareness
To kick off this journey into self-awareness, each participant will complete and receive in advance a personalized WEPSS Enneagram assessment report. This 13 page report provides a lasting resource to refer back to as one's self-management learning deepens.
Improved Understanding of Others
Through an introduction to the 9 enneagram styles and group activities, participants will start to see the gifts that come with each style's perspective and motivations - how each is an important part of the whole and start to appreciate each style's perspectives and motivations.
Build Compassion for Self and Others
By developing our ability to see other people's points of view, we lay the groundwork for cultivating compassion as a path to improving our relationships and interactions with others.
Embody the Learning
We'll get up and move to experience the learning as it happens. Our goal is to create new recognition of others and our own positive contributions, as well as some potential pitfalls. This work is deepened by looking through the lens of other Enneagram styles
