About Bell

This delicate thin stemmed flower, the Harebell (Campanula Rotundifolia), grows audaciously in the cracks of the shoreline rocks along Lake Superior - almost always facing out to welcome the unencumbered sun and the gale force waves of the big cold lake.

One of the exercises we sometimes do in life coaching is to identify, get to know, and then create tangible representation of our leader-within. The leader-within is who we can be when we give ourselves full permission to live into our best, for ourselves and the world around us.  My leader within is named Bell - after this flower.

Like her namesake, Bell shows up in the most unexpected places dripping in what appears to be fairy dust.  Her humble confidence and ease is quickly reflected by those around her. She finds nurtured footings in the rockiest terrain, quickly establishing deep roots in just a grain of soil.  She dances in the fiercest of ice storms and brings delight to those on her path.
